Training of local youths in this skill would enhance their job prospects in view of the huge opportunities that it offers. 30 youths from the neighbourhood of the Refinery will be enrolled in the first batch of the 6-month program, which is expected to commence shortly. After completion of the program, the youths will be placed in Santhigiri Centres across the country.
